Hi, I wanted to let everyone know how coming to monday medicated yoga is currently helping me get back into shape! I was always a fan of workout and stretching / sports etc and had taken mma class on Canoga/Ventura (Karate MMA) for a while..towards end of year stopped class for certain reasons but planned on continuing this year 2019 to test for black belt!! I have gone to medicated yoga two times now and I would Highly Recommend it. To anyone that needs to stretch out their muscles and get a little more flexible, yoga does just that! Instead of just doing your basic stretching that you picked up and learned in school or anyone else, yoga gives you the extra benefit of a deeper stretch with the different poses to time frames that you would hold those poses and along with doing it often, you pick up on flexibility. Well winter is here and so is stress. !! We had a great time in the summer, we get to enjoy our tiny clothes and fun in the sun, but what is a sun bunny supposed to do when it gets cold?? put on a cute 420 hoodie !! one thing is get lots fo vitamin c , oranges, emergencee packages,are great , take a supplement if you dont already every women over a certain age should take a multivitain. , I wish i had early on taken more, being diagnosed with onset arthritis, a few vitamins can help. ...
