I have gone to medicated yoga two times now and I would Highly Recommend it.
To anyone that needs to stretch out their muscles and get a little more flexible, yoga does just that!
Instead of just doing your basic stretching that you picked up and learned in school or anyone else, yoga gives you the extra benefit of a deeper stretch with the different poses to time frames that you would hold those poses and along with doing it often, you pick up on flexibility.
With anything in life, I say it comes easy, with practice.
If you put in the work daily, whenever you have the time.
It can really help with the little things, and I am sure you will notice a difference in yourself. <3
