CAN A TOLERANCE BREAK REJUVENATE THE EFFECTS OF CANNABIS?

The art of making the tolenrance break into a memory is what summer and I did at our honeymoon in Thailand. The trip itself took almost 24 hours to travel from plane to taxi to boat to a beautiful Island. For this trip we deceided not to risk taking absolutely anything that would cause attention to ourselves. We checked our bags like 10xs to make sure we didnt have any batteries, pipes, lighters and any medicine. Our tolerance break was going to be short, long road, but so worth it!

Reasons why anybody would take a tolerance break...

Maybe you smoke way to much and you feel you need a break? Is getting too expensive, maybe taking so long to get medicated Maybe your tolence is getting higher and so you need to get higher? When you smoke cannabis on a daily basis for months or years, you’ll probably start to feel like you’re not getting as high as you used to.

TAKING A BREAK ISN’T THE ONLY WAY TO LOWER YOUR TOLERANCE-

For those of you who wish to stop smoking THC because you cannot due to ABC reasons maybe work, family you can always try ro SMOKE, VAPE or EAT C-B-D which helps so much with Anxiety, Stress and pain! Check out WHITECBD.com to learn what products we have available. If you dont know about C-B-D is a cannabinoid, just like THC. The difference between these is that while THC causes a “high”, C-B-D does not. Cannabidiol has numerous applications in the medical field for this same reason. It gives users a relaxed feeling with its anti-anxiety benefits, while still keeping the mind functional. Even better, a study[2] suggests that C-B-D can help limit the rate at which THC binds to CB1 receptors. As a result, C-B-D can potentially reduce the high and support a quicker recovery.

Thankfully, there are a ton of options when it comes to consuming C-B-D over THC. C-B-D oils are the most popular, but if you miss the sensation of smoking. If you truly want to replicate the feeling of rolling a joint while still benefiting from a reduction in THC, then the following C-B-D strains are a must-buy.

As for our trip we did not take anything with us , just clothes and makeup but when we got to Thailand our plans changed for the first night and we ended in PENTON Beach where its also known as the Hollywood of Thailand where the city never sleeps and everyone is celebrating life from Tourist to locals at clubs, restaurants , shooping and getting serviced in many diffrent ways. Arriving to beach we walked through an Huge walkway of nightlife clubs, bars and so many girls adn the first thing we were offered to buy from those street ladies was Flowers, Weed or cocaine - I was shocked but absolutely we passed on everything because we agreed we would remain sober of weed for the whole trip . After our first night at the City Beach we woke up the next morning and traveled to our destination which was Santhia Island which was paradice and it was a completely diffrent element in this area. There was absolutely no cannabis or C-B-D offered ot spoken about. We even avoided clothing that showed too many potleafs to avoid any misunderstanding.

The scariest part of the whole trip was stopping in China because they are extremely strict and Cannabis has been illegal in China since 1985. However, hemp grows in China, and historically has been used for fiber, as well as for some ritual purposes within Taoism but we still did not want to cause any attention to ourselfs.

Our tolerance break was a succesful trip of 5 whole days and we did not miss it nor had any withdrawls. I definately would reccomend this to anybody trying to take a break! You can also try to exercise to take your mind off of not smoking might help your body shift the THC it stores in fat cells. Less build-up means a better high when you do decide to pick up where you left off. If you really don’t want to give up cannabis entirely, try doing exercise after you smoke to help shift the THC that little bit quicker. Regular exercise can go some of the way in keeping your tolerance down or simply cut down. Reducing your intake by just one joint a day can have a dramatic effect on your tolerance to THC. Another handy tip is to change the size of the rolling papers you use. Smaller papers mean less weed can be packed into your joint. When it comes to actually lighting up, you’ll barely notice the difference, at least on the outside—on the inside, however, your CB1 receptors will be thanking you. Try vaping also will help and finally use topicals especially after a shower at night time massage butter or lotion with C-B-D and maybe THC and rub it on your feet. It enters your boold flow and helps you relax and heal whiel you sleep. I feel it helps yo uwake up in a better mood also :) Finally drink lots of water at all times especially during your TOLERANCE BREAK helps REJUVENATE THE EFFECTS OF CANNABIS.

I MUST KNOW, How long was your longest T-Break? When you smoked, was it like smoking for the first time again? Or anything like it? If you’ve taken multiple T-Breaks, did the difference in time-off between them have an impact on how potent the effects were when you eventually started again?

I took a month off once and it was a bummer. I dreamed I was smoking. I woke up mad because I had gone so long and messed it up. Then when I did smoke again I choked so hard on the blunt I threw up.

I took a year and a half break from smoking or consuming THC while I was pregnant with my baby girl and her whole first year after that. I knew I would come back to medicating with cannabis again so I called it tolerance break. It didn’t take much for the first few times to get me stoned af and de... View More
