Do you use sacred smoke? Do you use smoke for healing? Have you ever experienced a sacred smoke cleansing? In my practice I use many different herbs and resins in sacred smoke healing rituals. I burn the herbs and or resins and bathe the person in the sacred smoke to be cleansed of worry and or woes, together we.pray and focus our intentions and tbe smoke works to restore peace within.. ultimately it becomes a universal healing moment. It's socially acceptable to have wine and beer, but never acceptable that I want to smoke in a social setting. Smoking cannabis is something people still hold stigmas against. Especially when it comes to moms.
Even my oldest daughter who doesn't partake has an "issue" with me smoking as a mom. I am not to do it freely nor around my kids but drink and be drunk sure that is fiiiiine....?
How do we break these barriers and should we? I feel smoking comfortably and openly adds to the Ceremo...

I often get asked does cannabis really heal you? Or is it a drug problem? Over the years since I was 13 years old I have consumed Marijuana. It's started our as recreational experimental use and over the years it's become my medicine. Years ago when I was younger and exposed to Marijuana it was always in a party setting.
