Do you use sacred smoke? Do you use smoke for healing? Have you ever experienced a sacred smoke cleansing? In my practice I use many different herbs and resins in sacred smoke healing rituals. I burn the herbs and or resins and bathe the person in the sacred smoke to be cleansed of worry and or woes, together we.pray and focus our intentions and tbe smoke works to restore peace within.. ultimately it becomes a universal healing moment. Often it becomes emotional as it is necessary to release.... I believe that the smoke carries our woes up to the heavens along with our prayers to be heard, as the smoke reaches the heavens Spirit grasps them easing our heaviness.
I always conduct rituals with Spirit while listening for guidance. I am thankful for my practice and that I have become confident enough to share this ritual with all, with one goal in mind....healing!
