Hell of a week. I've been upping my training to improve my pole skills. I'm sore! My core, my shoulders, backs of my thighs..I need to get a good stretching session in. Stopping to pick up dinner from Whole Foods, Love on my animals, toke, stretch, and then a bath with another toke, and a glass of red wine..aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh can hardly wait.. Peace out!!
