There is hope. Leaders in the California Legislature have introduced two bills that would create state-wide medical marijuana regulations this year, AB 473 and SB 439. The bills have each passed their first committee and are supported by a broad coalition of patients, dispensaries, and law enforcement groups.
WE NEED YOU TO SUPPORT AB 473 and SB 439, so statewide regulation can begin and all the messiness these towns are afraid of, can be removed from the equation and clear guidance set.
