Join us at Sunset Beach to protest against prohibition and celebrate our love for cannabis! 420 Vancouver has officially moved to a bigger location with more free booth space than ever! This protest was previously held at the Vancouver Art Gallery for the past 20 years since Marc Emery founded the first 420 protest in 1995.
420 Vancouver is the largest freedom festival protest in the city with day-long music performances, public speakers including Dana Larsen and Jodie Emery, and the world's only Cannabis Farmer's Market where people openly sell glass, cannabis, edibles, and extracts to the public. Over 10,000 people attend with numbers reaching up to 13,000 at the 420 countdown and free joint toss! 420 Vancouver is a unique and incredible experience, come celebrate with us!
SHUTTLE BUS INFORMATION
Free shuttle bus from the Vancouver Art Gallery to Sunset Beach every 15 minutes (11AM to 4PM)
DISCLAIMER
The official sponsored event is being held at Sunset Beach, not the Vancouver Art Gallery! Shuttle buses will be leaving the Vancouver Art Gallery every 15 minutes to transport people to the event. Stubborn protesters have threatened the city of Vancouver to show up at the old location and may cause conflict with the police. Any events taking place at the Vancouver Art Gallery this year have no correlation to the official event sponsors and organizers.
