POTPOURRI CHIEFERY COOPERATIVE INC
Potpourri Chiefery Cooperative Inc. is a non-profit cannabis patients cooperative, combining live entertainment, member activities and safe access. We are registered with the state of California as a California Consumers' Cooperative corporation, operating compliant to California Corporation Law 12200 and California Health and Safety code sections 11362.5 -11362.9. We operate as, private member based events open to all cannabis patients who register with our cooperative. Potpourri Chiefery Cooperative is organized, staffed and operated by patients and compassionate caregivers.
OUR MISSION
is to unite the cannabis community through the production of unique and entertaining events, private to those whom benefit most from cannabis. The creation of events where patients can experience entertainment, art and education, while supporting foundations and non-profits that are in support of our vision.

EVENTS DESCRIPTION
Every month Potpourri Chiefery Cooperative members choose a secret location to host "Potpourri Chiefery" an event private to the members of our beautiful cannabis community. Potpourri Chiefery is truly a mixture of all the things we love as a cannabis family; music, comedy, art and safe access. Each member contributes to the making of each event through admission donations and/or active participation. Potpourri Chiefery offers members a festive experience while providing an outlet to collectively meet with quality vendors, great foundations and fellow patients. We book great talent to provide both comedic and musical performances for a day of dancing, laughing and medicating. Members can expect great food, refreshments, contests and free samples. Each event we proudly select a different cause to support and make a significant donation to, from the collected proceeds. Each event helps raise funds for great causes, while raising awareness to our wonderful cannabis community.
All cooperative activities conducted compliant with California Corporation Law 12200 and California Health & Safety Code sections 11362.5 - 11362.9.
MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES
1. Members MUST be 18 years of age or OLDER
2. Members MUST possess a VALID STATE DRIVERS LICENSE or IDENTIFICATION CARD.
3. Members MUST possess a VALID MEDICAL CANNABIS RECOMMENDATION issued by a licensed state physician.
4. Members MUST not be on PROBATION or PAROLE.
EVENT GUIDELINES
1. ALL attendees MUST complete MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION and SIGN AGREEMENT/WAIVER before entering event venues.
2. ALL events are held RAIN or SHINE.
3. ALL attendees MUST show their valid (1) MEDICAL CANNABIS RECOMMENDATION or STATE ISSUED CANNABIS ID CARD, and (2) STATE DRIVERS LICENSE or DMV ID CARD to the security personnel when entering the event.
4. ALL attendees MUST appropriately check-in at designated area before entering event.
5. ALL attendees MUST wear provided WRISTBANDS at all times inside event venues.
6. NO illicit DRUGS or ALCOHOL inside or near event venues.
7. NO GUNS, KNIFES or WEAPONS of any kind inside or near event venues.
8. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS or EXCHANGES.
9. NO IN’s or OUT’s.
10. NO side VENDING, SALES or PROMOTIONS inside or near event venues.
11. NO ONE UNDER 18 ALLOWED in the event venues.
12. RESPECT your FELLOW MEMBERS, EVENT STAFF and the LOCAL COMMUNITY.
13. NO GANG CLOTHING, AFFILIATIONS or ATTITUDES please, you may be denied entry or asked to leave.
14. NO LOITERING or SMOKING outside event venue or in local vicinity.
15. NO TOBACCO SMOKING inside event venues.
In the event of an emergency, please follow the instructions of the security guards, staff or volunteers, or police officers.

All attendees must complete registration and receive notice that they have been put on the confirmed list. This is a private event open to only those who have registered to join our cannabis community. Anyone who possess a valid medical recommendation for the use of cannabis and State Identification may register to join in on our events. We verify the validity of each attendee before entry to Potpourri Chiefery. The registration process involves the verification of your medical recommendation and identity.
The Potpourri Chiefery Cooperative protects the confidentiality of every patient’s medical records and health information, as required by law and the professional codes of ethics. Every individual staffing the Potpourri Chiefery Cooperative has the responsibility to protect the confidentiality of their fellow patient’s medical records and health information.
