Life is changing

My grandma is home from the hospital after months, but it's in hospice. We have our own medical bed for her that was set up this afternoon and the family will be responsible for her care while she's bed bound. Her right arm has been paralyzed since birth and her left she can only raise so high. So tonight is the first night of round the clock care. Until the inevitable happens as we found out she's in end stage heart failure. So I had to cancel my event for my birthday in the stoner cafe. I'd love to be there don't get me wrong, but right now I'm needed from everything from feeding her to wiping her but clean. I don't know how this will play out but my heart aches. So just so you know what I'm going through right now.
