My grandma is in the hospital

First she was in the hospital to clean her wounds and set casts on her left arm and leg. After the hospital they sent her to a covalentsent hospital where she's been the past almost two months. Yesterday, my aunt and I stayed so long we slept there. Today is her 92nd birthday!!! And she's delirious and in the hospital. I ask for prayers for her please.
