Membership with HC Collective
Becoming a member at HC Collective requires two things: A CA State issued picture ID and your doctorˢs authorization or recommendation on tamper-proof paper. We will then contact your prescribing physician and verify that your documentation is current and authentic. Upon verification, you will be given a brief membership agreement explaining our membership rules and our duty to you as our member. We look forward to having you join our community.
A Minimum Donation of $50 (Cash Only) required for the delivery service of Mama Ganja Edibles within the Los Angeles County, Orange County and San Bernardino County areas.
