So, for the rest of the world to know, I've sprained my ankle. It happened on the 27th of December; I slipped in the grass. It was just a little mistake, I wore ugg boots and it just rained and I slipped when I walked across the grass. Should've walked down my driveway where there is concrete and possibly GRIP on the sidewalk. But no, I had to frolic down quickly. It stopped me from celebrating my New Year, and from being persistent with my fitness regimen. It's really frustrating to not use your whole potential. So I've been sulking around, and trying to be as productive I can with my time spent in the home. Reading, writing, meditating. I do have this never ending list of books I've got to read. So, I'm looking at the most positive light in my situation, but it's still swollen and it's been almost 2 weeks officialy since I've really done anything. I'm going slightly crazy, and anticipating a really quick recovery. HOpefully, this weekend can be filled with joy. I'm ready to get ACTIVE in my community. Alright, this is why I've been so hidden lately.
