I was never a fan of birth control and how unnatural it is on your body. But after having my beautiful baby girl I realized that I want the best for her and to give her everything. Just want to focus on her. And maybe have kids in 4 yrs. Well my doctor recommended the implant in my arm. They said I would have little to no bleeding and mild hormone change. Unfortunately that's not how it went down. I have now been on my period for four month and have been having extreme mood swings. I do not recommend any implant. I got mine removed today and went back to the pill. I know this may come off as TMI but I don't want anyone to go through the what I went thru. Please do your research before putting any foreign object in you body.

I'm just scared because my friend got the IUD. It' got inflamed and infected and now she can't have kids<img src="http://420nurses.com/file/pic/emoticon/default/unhappy.png" alt="Unhappy" title="Unhappy" title="v_middle" />

Im an extremely peppy & happy person so it was very odd. I almost got it removed but never found the time and by ... View More

Wow that's an intense side effect but I'm glad it wore off for you! I just started school so I think with my schedule the pill will work but if not I'm gonna try out the iud.
