Wanted to blog about the beautiful experience Chacha, Jimmy and I had celebrating ChachaVavoom's Birthday on a cruise to Mexico. Starting of by saying I have never been to another country this was definitely a unique milestone for me. Getting all our 420nurses gear prepared, we had been getting excited all month but the time to pack up and leave was finally here! We boarded the "Carnival Imagination Cruise" ship in Long Beach, CA around 3-4pm just before the sun was setting for dinner on top of the boat! The boat left dock just after the sun went down. After dinner everyone was called up to the top of the ship for a safety meeting. (not the safety meeting i wouldve prefered 
) however it was cool that they took the proper precautions to make sure everyone knew what to do in an emergency, it was brief and just after it was back to the party. Bright lights, lots of music, drinks, food, and hidden puffs from our vape! The rockiness of the sea took awhile to get used to, I can only imagine what its like for folks who travel much longer. We danced to live music, ate some more , and finally tuckered out for the first night. Tomorrow, we would be waking up in Ensenada, Mexico.
I went to sleep a little late but I was hoping one of us could wake up in time for sunrise on the water, or to watch us arrive in mexico, and what do you know, I was up before both!!! I put on my jacket woke up Miss Vavoom and stood on our balcony just watching the waves and sunrise. Jimmy joined us out there just before we approached the shores of Ensenada. It was beautful, you could hear music playing I could hardly wait to Explore. Chacha was so happy to be in such a beautiful place all for her birthday. This made the trip all worth it! Jimmy and I wanted to find ways to make it more special if that would be possible. Once we left the cruise ship we decided to go a different route than most of the crowd. We were the only ones who ventured off into this little beach town where we found horses to ride down the beach. It was unbelievable. Like a dream. Riding the Horses down the beach, we arrived at a seafood restaurant (chachas favorite) and sat down to eat a nice snack. This place had a nice vibe, we enjoyed some Seafood cocktails, quesadillas, and fresh guacamole before we headed downtown where most of the ship probably stayed the whole time. It was so special we took the scenic route. Downtown we found a nice little cantina style restaurant to celebrate a little more and enjoy the scenery. Chacha and I got our hair braided and got some nice gifts to take from town. The rules were to be back on the ship by 5pm , so after all that unforgettable fun we headed back to the ship, which was an ongoing party. The cruise crew decorated our room for Chacha's birthday, which was an awesome surprise. The captains dinner was beautiful Chacha received her cake, we sang happy birthday, the crew said their goodbyes, also sang and then danced to gangnam style. After dinner we saw a comedy show which was really funny! They had all kinds of shows and interactive things to be apart of on the cruise, it was really awesome. Waking up we were able to enjoy an on cruise breakfast as we arrived to long beach port. All in all this was probably the most awesome trip I have been on yet and I wouldnt have wanted to spend it with anyone else other than my 2 favorite people!! Celebrating for my girls birthday. And repping the one and only 420nurses baby !!!!
