I've always had insominia, I remember as a kid pacing back in forth in my head trying to go to sleep. That's why edibles are a savior when trying to sleep. I slept for a couple hours but that is all. Besides medicating, it's always helps to read. If you like reading you know how it is like to get lost in a good book. I will definitely write a blog about some good books! If you don't love reading please start because as a CNA I have noticed a lot of patients that read are a lot less likely to get Alzheimer's and dementia. That's another blog I would like to write about but please read books people! Another way that's helps me fall asleep is meditating. I'm not really a yogi but even just throwing on nature sounds and stretching helps relax the body and mind. Unfortunately I have been up for awhile nothing has been working...it doesn't help that someone is snoring in my ear LOL. Happy Monday everyone :3 #tiredbreezy
