Professionalism is a Must! Being "high" is Not an excuse

As I go through the start up process for my first company in the cannabis community I've realized something. Stoners suck to work with! Seriously. No joke. Maybe its because I've worked in the "Real World" (as some people would call it lol) The world where you cant get paid while getting high all day I am fully aware of how things SHOULD be taking place and there sadly Not.
I'm writing this blog as a kindly reminder to ALL ladies who are tying to become something in the MMJ industry, Dates, times, and locations should be something discussed and confirmed days before!
Like just as a courtesy to the girls, we should be informed of all the information of the event minimum 48hours in advance.. if I'm not mistaken the point of "RSVP" is so that they know ahead of time how to "Pre Plan" if your going to attend there event or not right?? As a women I believe we need that same respect too. Being told less than 24hours that you were chosen to attend something is very unprofessional to me. I for one need time to prepare for things that come up in my life, I'm not the type of person that can just drop everything and be gone. I think being more business oriented is something a lot of people in the MMJ industry forget and just blame it on being high, but that's NOT a valid excuse!
These are peoples real life's were dealing with, there sources of income, there work/passion. If WE don't act professionally whos gunna take us seriously? 420Nurses, witch hurts me to say, have a really bad name in the cannabis community right now, and it comes from doing "Bad Business" this is something in 2016 I would love to change. Not All 420nurses are the same! "420Nurses" itself is just a tittle, it doesn't make us who we are. I'm still Gemini420 with or with out the Nurses behind me. It bothers me truly, being looked at a certain way or prejudged just because of a group I've joined. Some of us are actually here to Network and do business and some are just here to have fun. Both are Not Wrong, but lets show the companies that want to work and do business with the 420Nurses that were more than just a group of ladies that get high all day and take sexy pictures. We can be professional and business oriented as well.
My goals with the 420Nurses for 2016 is to contribute in making a better reputation for all us 420ladies. To show the Cannabis Community what were Really about and destroy all those nasty rumors that have been floating around.. I want to rebuild the reputation of the 420Nurses in 2016 and in the years ahead, into something that every ganja smoking woman would want to be apart of!
This goal is something that I Can Not reach solo though
All my 420ladies that are already in the money making side of the Cannabis Industry or Wanting to get into it like me, this is ridiculously important. Be PROFESSIONAL!!! TIMES, DATES and LOCATIONS are all VERY important things! Be on top of them! Give PROPER NOTICE. Don't wait last minute for things. Get voice conformation with people! The same time it takes for you to take a dab, roll a blunt, or pack a bowl is the same time you could of used making yourself and YOUR name more professional. We all just want to feel good, have fun and get high but lets take care of Business FIRST. Times, Dates and LOCATIONS are all things that should be pre discussed Days and if possible weeks before. If your unsure about something, Ask! We all have use to communication tools (Phones, Text messaging, Email etc.) no questions are wrong...
I would like for myself, and other ladies too if there interested in the actual money making side of the Cannabis, to practice Professionalism in 2016. Just that lil extra step could make all the difference on how someone views you and your character.
*sigh*
Now that I got that off my chest hahaa time for some dabs and much needed sleep
