Xo gold cup
I hate to say it but part of making progress is admitting your faults, I have been behind on my blogs , so for those who read I do apologize. Being VP of the 420nurses LA chapter is a very busy lifestyle and I do my best to keep you all updated here on 420nurses.com daily. I wanted to write a blog about the 1st annual Xo Gold Cup presented by Caviar Gold.
The excitement for this event started long before the event date was actually here. A lot of promotion, preparing , and activity went into getting ready for this event. 420nurses even gave away tons of free tickets donated by Caviar Gold on our Instagram. From weekly street promos, hitting the smoke shops, tattoo shops, and collectives to getting dress code, booth preparation , and casting calls ready for the local 420nurses. This was a cool experience for me because this event brought 420nurses from San Diego , Orange County, Inland Empire, and other cities so I was able to coordinate and work with those girls as well. As soon as the weekend hit , I couldn't believe it was finally here
XO GOLD CUP October 3rd & October 4th invited everyone for a weekend of beautiful ladies, badass cars , tattoos, and lots and lots of cannabis.
Chacha jimmy and I drove out to San Bernardino the day before the event so we could setup with the rest of the vendors. We got their in good time and met up with 420nurse Beyoutiful Queen who was local and offered to help, so sweet. 420nurses has not one , but FOUR booths !!! It was awesome to setup and decorate our booth, since 420nurses store have so many styles now , our booth looked really great. This event had villages with blow up booths , which is exactly what it sounds like. It was like an inflatable room. Inside had chairs and dab bars and DJ booths. Xo gold cup brought a lot of new style to these cannabis events , involving all different lifestyles,people, and backrounds I believe, was key in successful in doing this. We planned to meet with the girls early in the morning and some of us get ready together , so after setting up we decided to head to dinner then the hotel for a good nights rest.
Peanut,Kooki,and Elly met us at our hotel room to get ready for day 1. We had a nice wake n bake with some Goldmember Extracts, which we would be sharing with the people of the Xo Gold Cup later that day. Day1 wardrobe was our OilSpill tank tops and snapbacks. We all matched so great and really went with the Gold theme. All the caviar gold girls looked lovely as ever and we're just as friendly as expected. I LOVE meeting others in our industry with good vibes. 420nurses were ready for anyone in need of a nice dab, a photo, or some cool 420 gear - 420nurse Sassy also setup for Sassy's Novelties so you could find great smoking accessories and pieces for the best prices at the booth as well! I know I already said it but it was so nice to meet all the beautiful people , and girls at this event , I mean wow. I also loved how many new faces I got the chance to meet, it's definitely a different crowd when more patients are asking "what's a dab" rather than " "let me get a dab " I love to educate people on what's new in the community and Xo Gold cup really gave an equal opportunity to do that. Manning down the booth day 1 was chachavavoom, myself, peanut, Elly, Beyoutiful queen , sassy, sandy, JB , and e. (Forgive me if I forgot anyone, I WAS dabbing) We also sold a good amount of bags and gear on day 1 so it was a good turnout for us. And we couldn't wait for day 2 to do it all over again.
Day 2 was just as amazing as he first , it was crazy because while day1 was hot and sunny with bootys out day 2 was rainy and cold , the best day for a wake n bake.
Met with Kooki in the morning to get ready , take some pre dabs, grab some coffee and head to the Xo Gold cup. It was awesome to see some ladies travel up for the xo gold cup from San Diego !! I even met some new girls from other states!
The rain did not stop cup goers from smoking it and having fun!! Day 2 brought bikini contests, celebrities, a CAR GIVEAWAY (yes, Caviar Gold gave away a camero) it was an unforgettable experience to be apart of !! I can't wait til next year! 420nurses had a lot of fun had the Xo Gold Cup 2015 !

Don't feel bad I still haven't wrote my blog for the XOGOLDCUP either. I had an amazingly awesome time there with you ladies, it's just hard for me to put it all in words lol.. one of my goals for the new year is to be more on it with stuff like that.
