I just want to start this off by saying I am NOT Racist. The majority of my friends are white
This is my first blog on 420Nurses <3 might be my last lol
Now is it just me or does it seem like girls of ethnicity have a Waaay harder time making it in the 420 industry?? Like seriously, feels like I, and not just me other females as well, put in soo much hard work and effort and get No appreciation for it, but then a Caucasian-Blond female comes around and puts in Half the motivation and effort you do, and everything you've worked on is forgotten. Not right! (in my opinion) its 2015! As a 420Cummunity we should put in extra effort to make sure EVERY race- Asian, Latino, African American, Caucasian, Whatever there is out there- Black, white, yellow, blue, or even purple! Everyone should have a equal chance and be TRULY judged on your effort and drive in the 420 Community. All races enjoy marijuana. We have all races involved with 420Nurses. It truly hurts me that even today in this day and age, with so many positive changes happening, I'm still not considered equal to another female because of my race..
So please to all my 420Fam, Remember in your daily life that we are ALL equal! A woman is a woman and a man is a man. Color doesn't matter. Try switching it up a little! I love me some white girls but there's other races out there too...
Hope Nobody was offended by this blog, I just had to get it off my chest. I'm feeling forgotten because of my skin color, And like I said I'm Not the only female in this organization that feels this way either.
I hope in the future to see more ethnicity in the 420communnity. especially 420Nurses.
