hating it...

I currently am stuck in Florida.... my husband and i were living here a few years ago where we were raised and had some medicine at our home... they raided our home over less than a pound of high C-B-D flowers and my husband got busted. We then moved to CO and now we are being forced to uproot ourselves from co and live in Florida for his probation... we have been here for a little over a year and a half since he was sentenced. we own a home and run a successful business back home in Colorado... we have no ties in florida and are paid up on all fines... they are just making him pay $66 a month to stay here... to "finish his time" makes no sense... we have completed all of his requirements but the time (5 years).. and we cant go home? we have nothing here and are just going into debt trying to abide by state laws by staying... but we are struggling... it was hard to live separately and still afford things so i moved here after 8 months... we still have a house in Denver we pay for. we are having to now pay $1000 just in rent here not including the $100 water bill x2 (denver too), the $300 power bill x2, the cable x2, everything x2. we live paycheck to paycheck just trying to pay bills... and we make decent money... it sucks... anytime now some relief would be nice... or even just letting him go back to Denver to finish his time... whatever they want... we would do it.... we are just striving to live. I hate it. I just want to be able to live our lives. I am epileptic and the medicine we got caught with was less than a lb. and high C-B-D. but that didn't matter.... they threw my husband in jail and tried him with prison and now they are literally just making money off of us. Its not fair when its medically legal in over half the country and our nations capital.... im struggling just to make ends meet and really want nothing more than to be able to purchase what i need for myself but i cant even afford $80 on my intern kit... sorry rant over... i'm just hating Florida right now...
