So here lately I've seen a lot of posts about people being depressed or stressing or troubles that are coming their way. I know how it feels, it almost feels like your life will stop if you don't get over or fix whatever it is that you're stressing or being depressed over. I've let things eat me alive, but I finally got the answer to over come those negative things in your life. Always be positive! No matter the situation, think of the better of the situation. Make the out come a good out come, never pick out the negative in it, always see on the bright side of things. The universe understands our energy and acts and responds back to our energy. If you as a person is being negative all the time, then that is the problem right there. Stop, relax, breath and think is this really as big as I'm making it. You have the power to make your life of joy and everyone is beautiful and has their own unique talent. So if you're feeling down today or stressing. Relax, breathe and go for a walk, do something you love because you're beautiful and you will make something out of yourself, and remember always smile <3 ߘ I love each and every one of you!!! (:
