People have been asking me for the longest time, what does cannabis mean to you?

Besides being able to find my own solstice in the medicinal plant;
My father was diagnosed with Cancer on March 6, 2011. After fighting one of the most courageous battles against this ugly demon, my father gained his "angel wings" on the morning of September 23, 2013 surrounded by those he loved in the comfort of his own home. We had two years of corageous fighting and within those years we tried everything - my father was not open to use of cannabis until August 19th. A month before he passed; Hemp Oil in my hometown ran for $400.00 a tube or $2000.00 for the six pack. We had talked the representative down from $699.00 a tube and $3600.00 for the six pack because of my father's immediate need. We were only able to afford one tube, and it brought him comfort during his last month and I'm sure if the medicinal facts were more available to patients and if it was legalized - it would of been a lot easier to convince my father to use cannabis to treat his cancer. But, i'm glad it had brought him comfort in his closing moments.

By me going to the High-Fi event, I will be able to positively promote medicinal marijuana and the numerous benefits it has, and It goes without saying, I’m a huge supporter and hope for legalization soon. Going to the event I'll be apart of the striving effort to raise this awareness, and just being there and being a helping hand will make me feel like I'm helping my dad - with my own personal experiences I will hopefully be able to spread the knowledge of medical marijuana benefits physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Come join us - this Saturday - TOMORROW - for a wonderful event, full of awareness and understanding. Give to those who truly need it.
