Hello all!

I'm back - and I don't want to spill the gory details of why I was away so long. But, now all you need to know now is that I'm on a new chapter of my life!

One thing that always is a stress-reliever is eating, and one thing I commonly like to do is make a single dosage cannabis food, and the stress seems to melt away. However, I've had to jump through many hoops to get everything right. So here are some tips I'll pass along towards my fellow nurses!

You would think the simplest way to eat cannabis or a cannabis product is to stuff it into your mouth and start chewing. Bad Idea. Besides the fact that you would be unpleasantly chewing a 'raw' cannabis leaf - Cannabis is a highly unpredictable plant when it comes to ingesting it.

So if you follow the three rules I'll lay out for you now - You'll be fine!

1: Use Fat or Alcohol
Once the Cannabis is dissolved in fat or alcohol the active ingredients in the cannabis pass much more quickly and completely into the bloodstream. This means better high - for a shorter time, with the ultimate goal of: Using Less Cannabis. Hurrah!

2: Keep it Bite-Sized
For a fast, effective high, cannabis should be eaten in small amounts of food. A full stomach will delay, prolong, and weaken these effects of eating Cannabis. More food in the system means less cannabinoids are reaching the bloodstream, and they'll take longer to get there.

3: Watch the dosage
Never 'guess' amounts when adding cannabis to food. Dosage accuracy is vital for a well-medicated experience. YOU CAN OVERDOSE ON CANNABIS and everyone has that really high horror story they never really like talking about. Always be aware of how much you are eating.

With those rules in mind - stay tuned till tomorrow for what to use and how to make cannaflour.
