The woman my mother raised doesn't stand for disrespect. The woman my mother raised knows kindness, the woman my mother raised knows compassion and understanding, she taught me to be accountable for my actions and that every action has a reaction, she taught me to think of others and that its not about me. Not everyone was raised like me. And Im Learning to be ok with that.

In my life I have been disrespected, walked over and looked past, each time taught e more about what I didn't want to be and how to be stronger next time.I strive Everyday to be a better person. to work on myself so that by the time its my turn to raise a daughter, I can be a good example.
