When I bought my first vape pen, I didn't notice that one of the cartridges was broken. Thus, causing my battery to crap out of me after like a week because it leaked into it and I didn't notice.
Usually, after working I don't like going home. I don't know why but I don't like being at home. So I drove around debating with myself on whether or not I should just get a new battery. Finally, I decided I should. I got really high and made my way to this liquor store. Once there I took my wallet and keys and walked into the store, or so I thought I did. I talked to the guy and he sold me a vape pen with the dry herb cartridge. SCORE! So I go back to my car. Once inside, I set my wallet down and reach into my pocket to realize my keys weren't there. I looked in the ignition because I sometimes forget them there, and nothing... I look around, and empty my purse and still, nothing. I get out of my car and look around.
*Note: At this time, it's 11pm, it's the middle of winter in Chicago, and it's snowing.
I get on my knees and look under my car, then I went back in the store. The store clerk said no one's seen anything and he didn't see anything either. I go back outside and start the search cycle again. This happened for a good 30 minutes until I got in the driver's seat and and did what any person would do in a situation like this. I cried. I just sat there and cried. After a few seconds of just crying, I looked at my new vape pen and just used the shit out of it. I couldn't tell if my eyes were red of me crying so much or because I was high. After a few moments of collecting my shit, I decided to once again (I think I went in like 2 time already) go in the store and ask the clerk if he saw anything. He looked at me and said, "You STILL can't find them? Geez, what did you do?" I was so embarrassed I think a tear rolled down my cheek. Once I decided to give up I turned around and noticed my keys hanging on one of the candy holders under the counter. I guess I dropped them when I was paying and instead of hitting the ground they got caught on one of the candy racks. I grabbed them and just walked out. The End
