Photo Manipulation Software?

Hey I'm curious to know what software every one chooses to use to manipulate their photos? There are a lot of choices out there when it comes to software. I myself have only used Photoshop. Over this last year I started using Lightroom along with PS. LR for my adjustments, then I import image into PS for all the retouching. With that being said, it sometimes just depend of the finish product and how much time I actually have to work on it, that determines what software I have to use.
