how high is everyone? 
oh my ganja after having my morning run n workout
im feeling so fantastic and energized that i had to write a quick blog lol
i don't think most of you know but im beginning to become a health nut by eating more healthier and working out more
ive cut down so much more on candy, junk food, soda etc. I live with a diabetic so cutting down on theses things wasn't so hard. Ive notice a big change in my body since ive been working out more. And i know the 420nurses and Interns that were at Sunday's Flag me Photo Shoot notice a new 420Nurse Mia
i cant say too much detail about the photo shoot cuz the photo's will explain everything lol
but all i could say right now thou is i had a blast with my gals. Did a couple shoots of some of the gals n pics will be up soon! We smoked a couple pre-game blunts b4 we played 420FL 420Nurses Vs. Interns! im not to sure who won cause i was too high flying in the sky lol
so be sure to stay tune for Sunday's Funday photo's coming soon! and please become my fan
