Termination: Your chapter can be terminated at anytime by the 420nurses. You can appeal a chapter termination by sending a message to [email protected].
Appeals will automatically be denied due to the following actions.
Company Slander
Unauthorized use of the Trademark
Causing bodily injury to other members
Abandonment for over 120 days
Suspension: Your Chapter could be suspended after 60 days of inactivity. You are able to appeal any suspension before 120 days.
Liability: In consideration of permission to use the 420nurses today and on all future dates, I, the ADULT USER [OR MINOR USER AND PARENT(S) OR GUARDIAN(S)], (on behalf of myself, my heirs, personal representatives, and assigns) do hereby release, waive, and discharge 420nurses, the corporate entity, its owners, directors, officers, employees, from liability from any and all claims arising from the inherent risks of the activity or the ordinary negligence of 420nurses or the forenamed parties. This agreement applies to personal injury (including death) from incidents or illnesses arising from participation in 420nurses activities (including, but not limited to, any 420nurses activity). All actions done and created by the chapters are chapters responsibilities and not of the 420nurses.
Fraud: You agree not sign or use the company name in any legal documents. When signing contracts you agree to use your personal name. The 420nurses company does not authorize you to sign, transact or operate any business transaction.
TRADEMARKS: 420Nurses and the 420Nurses logos are service marks and trademarks of 420NursesServices, Inc. (dba 420Nurses) and may be used publicly only with the express prior written consent and permission of 420Nurses. Other trademarks and service marks featured on the Site are displayed pursuant to licenses obtained from the owners or holders of those trademarks and service marks, and may not be used publicly without the express prior written consent and permission of the owners or holders of such trademarks and service marks.
COPYRIGHTS: Except for electronic messages, all Content and Services on the Site are protected by federal copyright laws and are protected under treaty provisions and worldwide copyright laws.
