So happy things are settling in our new studio. Having an opportunity to comfortably smoke and write about my lovely weekend is a part of being a 420nurse I don't take for granted. This past weekend, 420nurses embarked on a journey to.San Bernardino for the first ever Chalice California. Hitman Glass was proud to announce CHALICE as the first event celebrating the progression and evolution of cannabis concentrates.
Chalice has been a project in the works for some time. Watching all these cups and events pop up inspired Hitman Glass to create Chalice California, an event that would celebrate concentrates, the people who helped to evolve them to what they are today, and the culture that is rapidly erupting around them. Chalice California provided educational seminars, music, a fair and a respectable competition. Not to mention a celebration for all to remember. California sure is beautiful in the summer!
Chalice was a medical marijuana event with a general area and a 215 area. You needed to be 18+ with valid doctor recommendation required for entry into the 215 area. A doctor was also on-site writing recommendations if you didn't have one or are visiting from out of state. Chalice also provided EMT assistance and shaded areas with misters for those hot dabbing moments. I was overall very impressed with the quality of this event.
In addition, my favorite part about these events is the people. My beautiful girlfriend ChaChaVavoom and I assisted in FREE dabs and FREE water all weekend at the Vader Extracts booth! The PARIS og is unbeatable! Gracie Ganja was also at the booth with us all weekend! It was a blast! Got to see many familiar faces as well as meet many new ones! This event truly brought so many lifestyles together it was cool to see it all first hand.
420nurses, for us models, has alot to do with us breaking out of our normal shells and representing ourselves to the fullest! When 5pm came around Saturday evening, Chacha invited me to dance on stage while Meen Green and Real One perform for their Hemp Hop Tour on the big Chalice Stage! What a RUSH! For those of you who aren't used to doing things out of your comfort zone, I must say, you have to just GO for it and try everything once! I had so much fun shaking my booty on stage with my girl to some good stoner music! A moment I will never forget!
Huge thanks to all the 420nurses and 420nurse fans who always SHOW LOVE at the events! Was great to see My girls KimiDabzAlot, Pilot Kookie, Gracie Ganja, Wickid, Evette, Laurel, and Celeste. As well as many familiar faces from the site!! like Smoke Filled Thoughts, Mr Big Dabs, Smot Poker, Sft Dabz, Shawn, Jesse, AND MUCH MUCH MORE!!!!
I had a great time at Chalice Festival, and cant wait to see all the pics and videos from everyone!!
