Orange County NORML is celebrating our 11th year anniversary with a daylong 420 friendly celebration for industry members and patients.
Please join us Saturday, July 26th from 4 PM to Midnight at Mirror Image Studios 1254 N. La Loma Cir. Anaheim, CA 92806. This event is open to patients and non-patients 18+.
The cost of admission will be $10 for general public and $5 for OC NORML members and we will be expecting 400+ people. Our 11th year anniversary will feature live music, contests and a 420 Fashion show.
There are a limited number of booths available so respond early to secure your spot.
Vendor Agreement for Our 11th Year Anniversary for OC Norml
Compensation: You will receive 4 Vendor Booth Bracelet’s for your staff to come and go as please with no problem; all vendors must have your bracelet on at all times.
Vendor must send payment to OC NORML 22762 ASPAN #202-103 Lake Forest, CA 92630 in the amount of 200.00 to reserve your spot for July 26, 2014 at our OC NORML 11th Anniversary Party. Write checks out to OC NORML.
Vendor Set-up: Vendor is solely responsible for set-up of their merchandise and or equipment. Set-up of Vendor booth may begin at 1pm on the day of the event. It is Vendors responsibility to mark and identify all your merchandise and store inside your booth at all times to prevent any damages. Also please bring your own tables and chairs and your own 10x 10 pop up canopy.
Extension Cords- Power is an additional $20.00. You must bring your own extension cords. All extension cords must be ground proof for safety.
Damages & Indemnity : Assigned booth space must be left in substantially the same condition as it was when Vendor arrived, including but not limited to being free of all trash and refuse. Vendor will pay for the cost of any repair or replacement due to any damage caused by the Vendor to OC NORML and Mirror Image Studios.
Parking – No parking of any kind in between the buildings. This is a fire code. Please arrive early to set up your booth. We will let you drop off any boxes and etc. in the back where the booths are but after 3:00pm there should be nobody parked in the back. We will have someone explain to you where you can park.
Vendor Agrees- To observe and abide by the Rules and Regulations for the efficient and sage operation, including but not limited to those contained in this agreement. OC NORML has the sole right to close a Vendor and/or withdraw its acceptance of this Agreement, and may refuse to consider Vendor for participation in future events.
If you wish to distribute any cannabis items at your booth you must have approval from OC NORML.
There will be a limited number of booths allowed from each category (Clothing, Attorneys, Glass, Etc.) so please email to reserve your spot before sending in your booth payment.
