I need some media suggestions ladies

I am having issues uploading video to the site. I see others with no problem so how do you do it? Does it require a computer as I don't have one. Just and iPad and iPhone. But the two don't seem to work we'll with this site or something doesn't want to connect. How do you upload from the iPad to here. Does YouTube work? Thank you for your time
