Aside from food tasting so much better and reducing stress (which I tend to get very stressed); I have insomnia and there have been times where I have all nighters because I just can’t sleep. I don’t even have my phone out or any distractions that may cause this. The following day I have no energy to get up for work or school, I’m cranky, and very sleepy. Now I smoke in the evening, go for a quick run, come back and I’m good for the whole night. I wake up well rested and ready for the day.
