TrapVibez Fitness partners with Posh Green Cannabis Boutique to create the ultimate fitness experience to enhance mind, body, and soul. This one (1) hour event includes thirty (30) minutes of consumption followed by thirty (30) minutes of movement. The consumption portion is from 10a to 1030a and includes a cannabis tasting. The movement portion is from 1030a to 11a, is led by Founder Danielle Joseph, and is inspired by elements of yoga, barre, pilates & stretching.
