A gentle flow of poses focused on promoting the release of muscle tension and calming the mind. Greater emphasis on relaxation and flexibility. Whether new to Yoga, or have been practicing for a long time, anyone will enjoy the slower pace flow of this class to help to breathe deep, feel relaxed and stretch smoothly! The smooth flow of this class along with focused breathing helps to practice staying in the moment and letting go of past regrets and future worries.

We will open up with breathing exercises, show our joints some love then work our way thru the flow of the day incorporating props to enhance the practice. After reaching the peak pose we will cool down with cleansing breathing exercises and affirmations.
