Self-care is any activity that we do deliberately in order to take care of our mental, emotional, and physical health.

I wanted to start getting together with 420nurses to do some motivational speaking, facemasks, nails, makeup, & any other kinda self beauty service that makes us feel good,

I encourage you and your sisters to get together where possible and do this together, and where not possible, join us on zoom

This is a great opportunity for MUA , hairstylists, lash techs, estheticians and more to link up with local ladies and talk about the services you may have to offer.


I want to start getting together in the evenings on monday if possible and if this day doesnt work for all of us we can change it up but the goal is just to start the week with a motivational night of self care! We could all use a lil more of that am I right ladies ???
