I have gone to medicated yoga two times now and I would Highly Recommend it. To anyone that needs to stretch out their muscles and get a little more flexible, yoga does just that! Instead of just doing your basic stretching that you picked up and learned in school or anyone else, yoga gives you the extra benefit of a deeper stretch with the different poses to time frames that you would hold those poses and along with doing it often, you pick up on flexibility. ...
