Staying medicated during the quarantine presents many challenges. Financial, and other. Financially the best thing to do is look for deals. Many different delivery services are offered from Eaze to green door. They have weekly deals and are always updated ao you know whats on the menu and available. Some other issues i have seen is over medicating during the quarantine. Over medicating can result in depression and lethargy. You can end up feeling worse than before you medicated. Overeatig seems to be a issue during quarantine as well. To help with overeating i follow these few simple rules. 1. Dont eat after 6pm. 2. Fast every few days. 3. Eat more small meals rather than fewer large meals. If your body is constantly working to digest your metabolism will also speed up. Causing you to lose weight not gain it. Also daily exercising is recommended 10 to 30 minutes a day will improve your energy and body function. Remember love your body. Its the only one you have.

Yes! Thank you for writing these words. We all need to be smoking more than ever just to get thru these difficult times.! My daughter is in middle school and she and I have been smoking all day just to deal with the stress. It's the only way to cope. John and Nikki in Tennessee
