Can a person imagine something they have never seen or experienced?
Does imagination have limitations?
No matter how descriptive and detailed you are, to somebody who has never experienced whatever you are describing, they will never fully understand you.
It is hard to understand what it means to have CRPS unless you live with it, and for those of you who live with it I don’t even know what to say except 🧡.
I’m 25 years old.
I have a nerve and auto immune disease called CRPS and it developed February 2018 but i got my official diagnosis September 14, 2018.
It started as a little spot in my left foot and over the course of the last 9 months it has spread to my kneecap.
My diagnosis seems to be a little bit more of an abnormal case because it literally came out of nowhere.
My good days are bad days, and my bad days are worse.
Imagine this:
You spend your normal day walking in a circle
But for me to get through my day I have to walk that circle in a swimming pool
Every step I take is a lot more effort because I am pushing through water which is much denser than air.
It will be almost impossible for me to keep up with everybody out of the pool and I will quickly become tired.
Additionally, the pain will mess with my brain function making it almost impossible to function properly.
Now let me try to describe the pain:
With CRPS I also experience something called “allodynia”
Essentially, something that wouldn’t normally cause pain, does.
For example:
Shoes and socks.
A blanket over your foot when your sleeping.
Wind.
Vibrations from a moving vehicle.
Water drops in the shower.
EVERYTHING.
The SLIGHTEST touch causes you the most excruciating pain.
After I moved I focused on losing weight because I was morbidly obese. I’ve lost 233lbs so far and my doctors have determined that my nerve disease developed from my weight loss.
That’s where I’ve been these last four years.
I didn’t mean to disappear.
Cha cha, Summer, and Jimmy welcomed me into the 420 Nurse family back in 2013 and I’ve watched them grow, not just their relationship but as a company and as individuals 💚❤️
From the outskirts unfortunately.
But I’ve always been there.
I would like to get more involved again.
Bring my boyfriend and my friends into the incredible community I was introduced to back in 2013.
Take photos and enjoy my life while I have the opportunity
Hit me up for a photoshoot if you’re interested 💕
