Its official Im a 24 hour member and im overwhelmed with so many machines and classes I just want to know the way of living the best lifestyle for my body , soul and health!
Im going to keep you posted with my Progress I will include tips, stories, suggestions and give you a little insight of myself getting into the healthier most active Ive ever been in my life!!
For starters Ive been changing the way I eat! I love food and this has been a very hard decision but I need to make it for my future!
Before I used to wake N Bake get ready eat and off with my day!
I used to eat 2 eggs with cheese bread tortilla sourcream with avocado and juice
NOW as soon as I wake up I head to the kitchen drink a cup of water with some and some raw garlic , I get my bowl of almond milk with CHIA , Hempseads and lots of fruit with almonds raisins, for my brunch I have 3 boiled eggs and one full avocado No sauce, salt or butter just plain Organic eggs <3 and for lunch I have salad or protein bowl of seafood or chicken I include more avocado and a variety of vegetables , throughout the day Im drinking lots of water and if I get hungry in between my meals I have light snacks such as almonds.
