Good morning! This morning I woke up pretty early feeling not to well rested so I decided to quickly get my morning routine started to try and push that feeling out. Every morning I usually wake up about 7:30 because Athena (my pup) usually is ready to go outside. So I get up with her take her put and get either a glass of water or Ill make some hot tea. After this I'm usually still a little tired so I will come back to my bad and relax for a little. I am going to start taking Athena on a run every morning to get or blood flowing and to build up an appetite. After this run will be time to come home make a nice smoothie and smoke up (: This kind of start to my day helps me get motivated and get moving for the day. Hope everyone has a beautiful day!(:
