Its important to set small baby step goals to reach your main goal. We all know this from childhood So that is how I stay focused & stay above the wave. The more I work and the more I learn I notice how dead lines are so important. I have seen and gain so much respect to what one most take on to make any event work it being something so small as a birthday party, or something so big as a concert. It is important to take baby steps or find a beat that works for you. It will help keep your mind focus, fresh an keep you above the wave of emotions. I say wave of emotions because you can start off so jazz over what you are doing, things are looking great & things couldn't get any better but then things start falling out off place. This may take a tool on someone so bad that it makes one brake down, or beat them self down for it, even find them self not wanting to have anything to do with the project anymore. I see this all the time and focusing on the good things will help roll out the bad. I always tell my peers that take this project as a learning experience and take notes off why it didn't work and how can you fix it next time around. I can tell you no one made it to the top off their goals by quieting and walking away with out making a few mistakes. So stay motivated, stay driven, and stay hungry for more, pull throw even if its not 100% how you may wanted it to go down at lest you saw it throw and did quiet before your even started. In this world there are many types and kind of people we all don't take things the same we all don't always share the same views on thing. We can make a deference an change it all and bring all kinds of people together over one common goal. Thanks for reading " The spirit is larger then the body.

Whe he might have captured the victor's cup;
And he learned too late when the night came down,
How close he was to the golden crown.
Success is failure turned inside out -
The silver tint in the clouds of doubt,
And you never can tell how close you are,
It might be near when it seems afar;
So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit -
It's when things seem worst that you must not quit.
