Hi there Lovely Lely here from 420Nurses, BSideShow, & StreetMotivationMag, SKyHigh_Edible I will be talking about why I would make a great Chapter leader.
I wanted to become a 420Nurses Chapter leader sense the first year joining 420Nurses. At the time there was a Chapter leader in my area by the end of the year she had stepped down with out notice. I thought to my self that I should go for it so here we are years later and I am ready to take on the leadership role and become a 420Nurses Chapter leader In my area. Reason why I would make a great chapter leader I have Respect, Honor, I'm Positive & Contagious.
#1 being a great role model to others; Means to me that you must have respect to those around you, it's important to show that you know your stuff. People will respect and listen to you, if they know you are knowledgeable in your field and teaching others comes easy to me. being positive an open to others make it ease for me to work with others.
#2 Be clear about your rules and expectations. Whether you're the CEO of a company or the manager of a team of four people, it's important to make your expectations "crystal" clear from the beginning this means a lot to me because this way my peers will have a clear understanding as a leader I would have to be honest with my team to be able to build a deep understanding with one another allowing us to reach each others goals.
#3 Reward your team for good behavior and their hard work. To be a good leader, you need to maintain high team morale, and to motivate others to achieve their goals in a timely manner. Also, make your rewards desirable and fun! I do just that in my day to day life. I am great at creating opportunity's booking an I am very resourceful I just need a strong team I can depend on.
