We are looking for energetic and motivated sales rep to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be a highly-motivated, self-starter that has the ambition to grow with our team.

Requirements : We are seeking highly motivated sales representatives with a lot of drive and energy to grow our personal lines insurance selling homeowners, auto, and umbrella insurance. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of call center or telemarketing experience. We are looking for the best candidates to handle outbound calls.

Job Requirements:

Ability to handle calls via a predictive dialer system.
Ability to take control of the conversation.
Persuasive communicator with enthusiasm and tenaciousness.
Great listening and closing skills
