All entrants must be at least 18 years of age.

Entrant certifies that photos are voluntarily submitted and are of the actual entrant him/herself.

In order to be considered for publication, photos submitted must be of reasonable quality (min. of 300dpi, 3"x4"), and must contain some reference to marijuana in the image (smoking, paraphernalia, plants, leaf, posters, etc.).

All photos submitted become the property of HEMPFEST and 420Nurses®

By submitting photos, you grant HEMPFEST and 420Nurses® exclusive right to use them in any manner it deems fit-for print or web publication, for promotional, editorial or commercial purposes. Entrants waive any right to royalties or related claims against for use of images. Entrant agrees to indemnify and hold HEMPFEST/420NURSES harmless from any and all claims regarding the use, exploitation and/or misappropriation of photos submitted, and any and all costs, fees, or attorney fees. Employees of Trans-High Corporation or their immediate family are not eligible.

Each model will have an opportunity to submit One Photo to the online contest as a submission

Models with most Views and Votes will be invited to attend the pageant help at the 3rd annual Hempfest in Las Vegas June 4th Winners will be chosen by most votes

If selected entrant is unable to attend the pageant, an alternate will be chosen. Every entrant certifies that she is 18 years of age or older, that she has no objection to the smoking of marijuana or being depicted as smoking marijuana in any and all photos used by HEMPFEST/420NURSES.
