I use to work for AT&T back in Houston. I have friends that still work there. I was chatting with her this morning. She smokes, but not legal in TX. I asked if she mind me posting on her wall about 420Nurses? She said, not to post on he page because AT&T have a social media policy and she could get in trouble, regardless where the post come from, they will start to question her. Supporting celebs who smoke is okay to post! WTF? STFU!

How can companies legally hold their employees accountable for what others post on social media?

Any thoughts on this?
